All authors please submit your manuscripts by e-mail, with a query letter in the body of the e-mail, along with the first three chapters (or three poems) attached as a Word document, to entrywaypublish@aol.com.

Please do not submit manuscripts that are not your own; or that contain inappropriate information, which has not been written by you.

Complete Book Production
All production costs before the book is completed are included in the flat fee of $2,500. Smaller book productions are often on sale for $1,250.

Production costs range from $2,500 to $1,250 depending upon the size of the book, style of the book, amount of color or black/white involved, and if the book is going to be softback and/or hardback produced.

Each book has its own reality and therefore we would prefer to talk with anyone interested in self-publishing with Entry Way.

With the one-time fee structure, the following services will be our focus:
          -Manuscripts will be reviewed
          -Manuscripts will be critiqued
          -Manuscripts will be formatted
          -Manuscripts will be edited
          -Book cover design
          -Advertising your book in magazines and newspapers
          -Assistance with setting up book signings and events

For the one-time fee, you will receive all the listed services as well as an Adobe PDF print-ready copy of the book and cover to ship to a printer in order to get fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) copies of your book delivered straight to your door. The amount of copies you will receive will depend upon the page numbers contained within the book and if it is created in color or black/white.

Entry Way Marketing will retain 10-25 copies of the book in order to help you sell the books. Of these books, 5 or more will be designated towards booksigning events. When a booksigning event is scheduled, 10 of the books will be shipped ahead of time to the bookstore location so that you will not have to worry with getting them there. This amount automatically ensures you two book events.

Lastly, we enjoy assisting our writers if they would be interested in teaching the subjects of their books... look for such fun events such as Elga Haymon White, teaching at Borders - a class in how to write poetry.

All of the above services can be focused on your manuscript with no changes and no additions. Entry Way Publishing is a rare company ready to discuss money only one time. We feel that this approach keeps our minds free and able to concentrate on the topic, which we should be studying... how to sell the book we attached ourselves to for the benefit of the writer.

Included in the one-time production/editing fee per book of $2,500, the following prints can be ordered:

For customers who are not signing up for the complete package of production and editing of their book that would like to have a quote on printing; 20# or 24# paper can be quoted. 100 books, 250 books, 500 books, or 1,000 book quantities.

Books with color images inside as well as outside, will need a special rate attached to them. Print proof galleys will be provided before print jobs are finalized.
